I’ve been in the IT industry for over 25 years now, and have held a number of roles in that time. I’m especially proud of my work with Cogeco Peer 1 – I was Head of E-commerce for them, and Director of service desk and customer operations worldwide. I also worked as Technical Operation Manager for Taylor Made Computer Solutions and Director of Technology for Bishops Printers.

In all my roles, I’ve strived to be innovative and efficient, using my skills in Python and PHP development, system integrations, Hosting, Business Analytics and Project Management. I would say my real skill is understanding customers businesses and creating elegant solutions to their business challenges
